We have three types of investments that we specialize in:
- TURNKEY RENTAL OPTION: Necessary repairs and maintenance are completed. The property is rented and generating income the day you close. Investment will vary depending on the property itself and rent the property can generate.
- REHAB RENTAL OPTION: Buyer will purchase a foreclosure or short sale property that we locate. We will provide the buyer with the plan and cost for rehab. After closing on the property our crews will begin the rehab and preparation for rental. There is usually a cost savings with this option over turnkey, as you will not be paying retail for the property.
- PARTNER INVESTOR: We will offer a variety of multifamily investment opportunities to qualified investors (Accredited Investors) through periodic private investment offerings.
