These rules have been drafted to avoid misunderstandings in regards to Satellite Dish and Cable Television installation, maintenanceand removal. I & R Management has allowed Satellite Dishes for this property, as long as the following procedures are followed andmaintained.

  1. Dish must be installed on a FREE-STANDING POLE at back of the property. Resident shall not install a satellite dish in a commonarea, the roof, or on the building.
  2. Satellite dish must not be larger than one meter in diameter. Resident shall not install any satellite dish larger than 3 feet, 3 inchesmeasured across its' widest span.
  3. Installation must not damage the residential building. Resident shall not damage the residence when installing the satellite dish orcable television. Resident shall not drill holes in railings, exterior walls, balcony floorboards, floor or ceiling joints or any otherlocation where holes might impair the building's weatherproofing or there is a risk of electrical or water lines.
  4. Satellite dish and cable television must be professionally installed and removed. Resident shall not install Satellite dish or cabletelevision his/her self. Resident may hire a professional to install and the technician must agree that the equipments meets theseguidelines. Satellite dish and/or cable television equipment shall be removed upon vacation the residence.
  5. The installation and operation of satellite dish or cable television is at the sole risk of Resident. Resident is liable for any injuryor damage to persons or property caused by satellite or cable television equipment and Resident shall maintain liability insurancecovering any such injury or damage. Resident shall provide proof of liability insurance for satellite dish and/or cable equipment foras long as it is on premises.
  6. Should Resident install a satellite dish, Resident will be responsible for charges to restore property to it's previous condition.
